Make a Payment

Before You Make a Payment

  • Make sure you have your SAGE Customer ID.  If you do not have your SAGE Customer ID, please contact your program assistant.
  • Know what amount you want to or need to pay.
  • If you are making a payment on behalf of a client make sure the client's name and information are entered in the Shipping Information Fields.  Due to privacy law SAGE cannot provide you with client information, so you will need to have this information at the time of making a payment.
  • Be aware, it will take up to 24 hours for payments to post to your account at SAGE.  If you need payments to be recognized the same day consider paying at your time of service, or you may call the office at (480) 649-3352 to make a payment by phone.

Client Portal

SAGE has a client portal for our clients.  The portal gives you access to your important documents, allows you to communicate with your counselor and case manager, and gives you the ability to complete paperwork.  If you would like access to the portal please submit a request using the Contact form below, or by contacting our office at (480) 649-3352.

Government Cell Phone & Internet Assistance

The FCC commissions several federal programs related to providing internet and telephone service to low-income individuals and families. Two programs are relevant to SAGE clients.

Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

ACP provides a discount of up to $30 / month on the recipient's phone or internet bill. Additionally, recipients get a discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer. (Tribal benefits: up to $75 / month + the same $100 discount).

Lifeline Program for Low-Income Consumers

Lifeline provides a discount of $9.25 / month on the recipient's phone or internet bill. (Tribal benefit: a discount of up to $34.25 per month, and up to a $100 reduction for first-time connection charges).
