With the SAGE Counseling Compliance Reporting Portal, a dedicated website designed to streamline the process of accessing client data for parole officers and related agencies. This secure site operates under strict Release of Information controls, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the data. By utilizing this portal, parole officers and other authorized individuals can instantly access the necessary information without having to rely on customer service agents or go through manual request processes.

Access to the Portal

The portal offers round-the-clock accessibility, enabling users to retrieve data at any time, unlike the limitations of traditional direct requests. With the SAGE Counseling Compliance Reporting Portal, accessing client data becomes more efficient, convenient, and immediate, empowering customers to effectively carry out their responsibilities.

Shared Clients

Only agencies who interact with some or all our clients will have access to the client portal

Email Verification

We will require an email from your agency provided address to ensure access

Agency Setup

Provide the full names and email addresses of the people who wish to use the portal

Can't find a client?

Client Visibility

Your clients may not appear in the portal for several reasons.

If the issue is related to an ROI, we can accept an active one, completed within the last year.

Customer Portal FAQ

  1. Client’s demographic
  2. Restitution related data
    • Restitution paid, owed and total.
  3. Sessions related data such as Min/Max recommended sessions.
  4. Attendance
    • Provide visit dates including the program and status.
    • Absence outreaches.
  5. Program assigned
    • Admission date, program status and program start date.
  6. Absence outreach documentation.
  7. Discharge related information such as discharge date and discharge status. The discharge
    status provides whether the discharge was successful or not.
  1. Send us a request for new account using your agencies issued email to helpdesk@sagecounseling.net.
  2. To view your parolees/clients, there must be a valid/active ROI on file with SAGE.

Once you have received your login information, go to https://portal.sagecounseling.net/

Your clients may not appear in the portal for several reasons, including:

  • They have not completed a Release of Information (ROI) form allowing us to share information with your organization.
  • An existing ROI on file may have expired.
  • They have not yet contacted us to begin their treatment and are not in our system.
  • They were added to our system recently.

If the issue is related to an ROI, we can accept an active one, completed within the last year. Please contact us to arrange for a copy to be sent to us.

Receive Treatment information

Records Request

To request records for a SAGE client, the following is required before a request can be processed.

Client completes an ROI

Please ensure the client has completed a SAGE Release of Information (ROI) allowing SAGE to release the requested information to you or the party you represent. (Download a Spanish ROI)

Send your request

Fees for the records request as well as any required postage will need to be paid prior to release.

Processing Time

Please allow 5 business days for records requests to be filled.
