Make a
Restitution Payment
If you are referred by City of Phoenix, or Maricopa County Attorney's Office, you may be required to make restitution payments.

- You will need your Case Number
- You amy use this online payment or portal OR you can mail in a Cashier's Check or Money Order to MCAO
- Make sure you have your SAGE Client ID
- Know the amount you want to pay
- Make sure the client's name and information are entered in the Shipping Information

What if I don't want to pay online?
For SAGE services or restitution payments for the City of Phoenix, you can contact our billing department and place a payment over the phone.
For MCAO restitution payments, you can go to their website to find alternate payment options.
What if I don't know what kind of payment to make?
Service payments will be made for the following:
- Assessment appointments
- Groups
- Weekend Education
- Individual sessions
If you were sent to SAGE by Maricopa County Attorney’s Office or the City of Phoenix, they may have asked you to make restitution payments to possible victims. If you no longer have your referral information, our administrative staff can assist with clarification.
