Enrollment Process
Three (3) days after signing your consent form, you must contact SAGE Counseling to begin enrollment.
Enrollment Requirements</strong
You must have access to:
- A computer, smart phone, or tablet
- A personal email account Internet
If you do not have any of the stated resources, please inform staff when you call to schedule.
SAGE may be able to assist you.
Discounts may be available based on financial eligibility. Please speak with a SAGE representative today for more information!
Eligible clients may have their program fees covered at 100%
AHCCCS Eligibility
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)
- Temporary funding is currently available to MCAO clients enrolled in a Diversion program, which offers:
- No cost for the initial comprehensive assessment
- Potential discount of up to 75% for treatment services, based solely on financial eligibility
- No cost for prescribed drug monitoring, as applicable
- Residents outside of Maricopa County, receiving treatment from a third-party provider, may receive a 50% discount for the monthly Case Coordination Fee, based on financial eligibility

Group Therapy Sessions
1 - 3x per week
Drug Monitoring
Some programs require random monitoring through an external vendor
Scheduled Case Management
Regular meetings with a Case Manager or Peer Recovery Support Specialist
Certificate of Completion
Certificate provided upon graduation
