Before You Make a Payment
- Make sure you have your SAGE Customer ID. If you do not have your SAGE Customer ID, please contact your program assistant.
- Know what amount you want to or need to pay.
- If you are making a payment on behalf of a client make sure the client's name and information are entered in the Shipping Information Fields. Due to privacy law SAGE cannot provide you with client information, so you will need to have this information at the time of making a payment.
- Be aware, it will take up to 24 hours for payments to post to your account at SAGE. If you need payments to be recognized the same day consider paying at your time of service, or you may call the office at (480) 649-3352 to make a payment by phone.
