2016 Transition Team Backpack Drive SAGE’s Transition staff requested school supply donations from fellow employees. Steve Grams continued to support this drive and made a monetary donation to assist in ensuring this event is successful. .
2016 Transition Team Event SAGE Transition staff volunteered at St. Joseph the Worker and sorted/organized clothes in the clothing closet.
